Adam Stott: How to get so many new clients and leads for your business that it feels illegal. I’m about to break down our five step process that saw us get over 11,000 new leads last month in working hours. That’s a lead every single minute of the day. So if you are ready to start reigning leads into your business, let’s dive into the five step process that takes you from wherever you are now into a lead generating machine.

[00:00:36] We’re gonna step in, first of all, to how you build your tripe. Let’s go. So why. Do we wanna build a tribe of people into our business? It’s really simple that tribal based businesses are making an impact now more than ever. And the best way to build a tribal based business is to build a group setting for your business.

[00:00:58] I’m gonna give you a couple of tips on this, but no matter what you do, you want to be driving your new inquiries into a group for a very important reason. And this is the reason you imagine this is a mobile phone for a minute. What happens is people are scrolling all day long to try and see you and see your business and see what you’re doing, and they’re seeing everyone, right?

[00:01:17] So they’ve got thousands of people they follow. They spend one second to stop and look at your business. They see saying interesting, and then they’re off scrolling again. That’s the problem that people face. And people don’t realize that the big problem with their client acquisition is the fact they don’t spend any time with their clients.

[00:01:36] So where you can get a huge advantage is instead of focusing just on leads, you want focus on how can you build a community? And this is where the biggest businesses see a massive growth because they focus on building a community. Hey, we do this, and I mentioned that. We are generating tens of thousands of leads every single month and every single inquiry we get, we wanna drive that inquiry into our group.

[00:02:01] We have a school group, which is really cool. Love the platform. We also have a Facebook group as well. And the purpose of these groups is to bring people into our world and do exactly what I just said. Spend time with them, because if you are not bringing people into a place where they can be nurtured, you might be generating interest, getting eyeballs, but they’re not staying with you.

[00:02:21] So step number one in the build process is to have a community for your business and bring people. Into the community so you can nurture ’em. By the way, this is what your nurture should look like, and this is a cool little, um, hopefully visual diagram for you. If you imagine that when people come into you for the first time, they don’t know you, and they’re a little bit cold.

[00:02:45] So they’re icy cold. As they get to know you and they spend time with you, they start to warm up. So they get to know you a little bit more. They become familiar with you. Then as you spend lots more time with ’em, they become super hot and all of a sudden they love you. What this does is this builds what we call KLT know, like and trust.

[00:03:04] So your mission and the reason you want a tribe, you wanna have a place to house all of that nurture and all of that KLT. So you should prioritize. [00:04:10] And this is an absolute game changer. If you wanna make more money and you want to take clients on a journey, step one, have that community. Step two, you want to build a funnel so you can take clients through the process of getting to know you more. So what’s the difference? ’cause some of you might be like, well, Adam, I’ve got a website like.

[00:04:29] Do I really, really need a, a funnel? Well, the thing is about a website is this is what happens at the moment, and this is why people don’t get as many leads as they deserve into their business. They’ve got the website, and when you land on a normal website, it asks you for your homepage, it asks you for, you’ve got on their gallery, you’ve got testimonials, you’ve got products, you’ve got service, you’ve got meet the team, you’ve got the story, you got all this different stuff on the website.

[00:04:53] So when somebody comes on and lands on your website, all of a sudden they’ve got 20, 30 different options of what they can do. A confused mind doesn’t act. So we want to get rid of all of that confusion and make it super simple and get our clients to follow a funnel process. So what’s the difference with a funnel?

[00:05:11] Well, when they land on your funnel, we are gonna have headline, sub headline, might have a video with a call to action here. Some proof that you are awesome and we can do another video if you want that. Tell us in the comments where we really talk about funnel structures, but you wanna build a simple funnel that gets somebody to do just one thing or one step.

[00:05:31] I. So a funnel has one step, it has one message, and it has one offer. And the cool thing about this is when you land on a funnel, there’s no confusion. You either taken action or you are not. So we wanna build that in, like, I’ve got really, really good at this and it takes a little bit of time. You might just be introducing it and utilizing it for the first time, and that’s cool too.

[00:05:53] But when you get this right, you can do millions of pounds in revenue and literally start printing leads. So your step number two is to utilize funnels. And the best way to do this is keep your message simple. Have one step, one message, one offer. The beautiful thing here is we now have a community that we’ve put in place, and we have a funnel for our community to go through.

[00:06:14] So we’ve taken people through that nurture process in the group. We’ve now gotta make it much hotter inquiries. Those two steps alone are gonna take you on the process of getting much better with getting clients, getting customers into your business. But hey, wait till you see the next three. I. That’s what’s gonna absolutely take this home for you.

[00:06:33] Hey team, hope you found Building Funnels. Awesome. We are now gonna jump into our next step of the BUILD framework, which is introducing traffic. What we wanna do is, step number three is we wanna start to introduce traffic. And traffic is not cars you see on the street. Traffic is eyeballs. And attention coming towards your assets being your group and your funnel, and we wanna start driving them in.

[00:07:04] Now, the best way to do this, there’s three ways to get traffic, and you have to pick your method that you want to use. Way number one, to get traffic is very simple. You pay. To play. You utilize paid ads, you’re gonna buy eyeballs from Google, and you’re gonna drive them towards your community and drive them towards your funnel.

[00:07:25] This is gonna mean that you start getting more leads and you start getting customers, but you might be going like, Adam, I don’t have much money without our other ways to do this. Now, the second way that you can do this is you can earn. Eyeballs, which means over here you pay with your money here, you pay with your time.

[00:07:42] So what does this mean? This means you’re going out, you’re creating content, you’re putting content out to the market. You are DMing people, you are building relationships, you are commenting on people stuff. You’re networking online and you’re starting to create those eyeballs and you are getting them over to your assets, which is your group, and also over to your funnel.

[00:08:00] And you’ve gotta earn those eyeballs by investing time. You’ll be like, Adam, I’ve got no money. I’ve got no time. Uh, am I gonna fail at this step? Well, there is another beautiful option for you, which is option number three, and that is you can borrow other people’s eyeballs. Now there’s a little bit here where you might have to invest a very little bit of money, and they might have to even invest a little bit of time.

[00:08:21] But this is the thing. You simply just find someone that’s already got all your people. So imagine you’re as after business owners and you’ve got someone like. Myself, who’s got tens of thousands of business owners in his groups on his list, and you said, Adam, I’d love to be able to talk to your people.

[00:08:38] And if we had a great relationship, I’d say, great, come and talk to my people and Adam some value. And then what happens? Then that means all of a sudden you get access to what is called borrowed traffic. And hey, that’s an I’m not, that is not an offer. And don’t say that as an offer. But I wanted to give it as an example.

[00:08:54] And there’s lots of people out there in your industry that have already got your people, and all you gotta do is build a relationship with one person rather than 1000, and then you can get out to their 1000. This is called borrowed. You’ve just gotta choose which strategy of the three you want to use to start growing your business.

[00:09:13] Hey, now we’ve moved forward very quickly. We’ve got a tribe. We’ve built that community up, which is awesome. We are using funnels to start to, you know, have a mechanism to convert these clients. We’ve now introduced the traffic, so all of a sudden we’ve got eyeballs. We’re getting found people on your community, they’re on your funnels.

[00:09:31] It’s time now four, step four, so then we’ve got traffic coming in. Same. What we really need is to focus on our conversion mechanisms, which is why we are now about to jump into L, which is leveraging events. Let’s jump on in. Okay, so step number four. This is awesome, right? You’re like, okay, I’ve done these different things, you know, I’m moving forward, but Adam, you told me that I was gonna get clients so easy.

[00:09:55] You know, it just felt crazy. And do you know what you are? You’re just two steps away. You follow this process, get the help and support, we can make it happen. Well, what is our step number four that is leveraging events, like, I dunno, how to run an event. I’ve never run an event in my life. Do I have to run an event, Adam?

[00:10:11] Well, when I say events, I don’t mean you need to go and rent the O2 out, spend hundreds of thousands of pounds and do some crazy event. There’s lots of different types of events you can use. You can have Zoom meetings on events. You can have webinars that you do online. You can do online networking. You can actually run your own networking event as well, which is a cool thing to do.

[00:10:31] You can have live in-person events where you educate and you teach. You can have events where you bring communities together to meet, spend time, and hang out. Yeah, but why do I wanna do that? Well, the number one thing that gets you amazing amount of clients, you go, is it events, Adam? Is it events? It’s not necessary events.

[00:10:52] It is instead something else. It’s time invested in people. I. If you consider your best relationships that you have in your life, like, and you look at how you develop those relationships, your other half, the person that you, you know, spend time with your best friend, you know the people that you hang out with, even your family, I.

[00:11:14] What’s the common denominator of the fact that you have such a strong relationship is that you have spent time together and you have spent time with each other. That is what creates really good relationships, and this is a huge missing step. I. In a lot of people’s businesses, and one of the reasons they don’t grow their businesses, they want people to know them, like them, trust them, but they don’t invest time in them, which means they don’t get the result.

[00:11:40] When you start leveraging events, whether it be online or offline, you are investing time. Not just in one person, but in large groups of people, which means people get to know you faster, which means they’ll want to buy your products or services more. Okay? You are ready now to see step number five in the framework, which is demo of power booked calls.

[00:12:02] Let’s jump on in and start making use of more money. We are now in a place where we want to start booking calls to have a meaningful sales-based conversation with our clients. So we’ve literally gone and we’ve built out our tribe. We’ve got people in our community, we. That’s awesome. They’ve got to know us.

[00:12:23] We’ve established our funnels. We can drive people into our funnels. We’ve introduced more traffic. We’ve now got ads because we’ve got two assets, or we’re boring other people’s assets. We started to nurture and build relationships and invest time with people in the fact that we’ve leveraged events. Now.

[00:12:39] We want people to book a call to be able to buy your product or service. So this is really simple. We have a simple process where can you use this? You’re like, okay, well Adam, what? What, where can I use Booking a call and why would I wanna book a call? Well, this is the awesome think team In your first step, your community, you can offer to book a call with your team to build a relationship and to be able to then take them to the next stage to buy your product or service.

[00:13:06] Guess what? What are you gonna use your funnel for? You use your funnel. For booking a call to be able to offer your product to service, what are you gonna introduce traffic for? Well, either to go to your group or to go to your funnel to book a call so you can introduce your product or service. What are you gonna do by leveraging event?

[00:13:22] Well, at your event, you can offer either to see ’em there and then, or book a call with you to introduce your product or service. So now all the way through every single step and like literally your step one, your step two, your step three, your step four, and your step five all lead to the same result, which is you.

[00:13:39] Getting a ton of new clients and getting so many. Now, this is the bit where you can get insane amounts of clients for your business. Guess how many times you do this? You do it again. You do it again. You do it again. You do it again to the point where you get so many leads, so many sales that it almost feels illegal that it was that.

[00:13:59] Easy. Now, if you follow this five step process and you follow this framework and you literally dive into the detail and you do it to the T, you can get insane results for your business.
