[00:00:00] Adam Stott: Three simple steps that any business owner can use to explode their revenues fast. And in this video, I’m going to reveal three steps that we’ve used for many, many years now to do millions and millions and millions of pounds in revenue. And you literally can cut, paste, swipe, and deploy these strategies into your business to get much faster results.

[00:00:24] Let’s jump on over. to the flip chart and break these down.

[00:00:30] These three simple steps are going to allow you to go and get more clients, generate more revenue and like literally explode the revenue into your business. So I’ve been training business owners now since 2016 and have trained thousands. Thousands and most small business owners are too stuck in the day to day the weeds and they’re out there doing these different things They’re very tactical and what I want to show you in this video is rather than you being Tactical we can start to be strategic.

[00:01:02] We can use three simple steps to move towards our destination Which is your business? Generating more revenue bringing in more sales bringing in more clients and you know what? It’s really easy. It’s really simple. Anybody can do it in three simple steps. So what’s the first step? The first step is we’ve got to create an offer which is magnetic.

[00:01:29] An offer that magnetically draws your dream Client towards you. So how do you go and really get your dream client and pull them towards you in the masses? And you know, like I said, it’s very, very simple. We look first of all, and the first part of this is identifying who that dream client is. You’ve got to know if you want to draw masses of clients towards your business, you’ve got to know who you want to draw towards you in the first place.

[00:01:58] And once we understand that, It actually becomes really easy for us to be able to create our magnetic offer. So what is a magnetic offer? A magnetic offer is an offer is so great, such a no brainer that our dream client one wants it. Needs it and would be mad to say no to it and the way that you do this Sequentially and step by step is you understand who the person is that you want you then understand what are their pain points?

[00:02:29] What are the issues and the problems that they have and they are going through? Because where there is Pain for a client, there is opportunity when you solve somebody’s problem and you help to solve somebody’s problem. It makes it really simple for them to choose to do business with you. Very, very simple.

[00:02:50] So I want to address that. What, what is their pain point? So you identify who the client is first and let’s say we go business owners, right? So we say, look, we’re looking for business owners and let’s say you’re looking for a specific type of business owners. Maybe you deal with business owner. of recruitment companies.

[00:03:08] As an example. Now we know that you’re off the business owners of recruitment companies. It’s very easy to understand where to target those people, which is going to come in on next steps, which is going to make this easier. But it’s also really easy for us to hone in on well, business owner recruitment company.

[00:03:26] So people that own recruitment companies, what are their problems? Like what are their issues? What do they suffer from the other people don’t suffer from? And what we can then do is we can start to build out our offer around that. What we also want to look at is, hey, business owners that own recruitment companies, what do they want to gain?

[00:03:45] What are their gain points? What are the things that they want? What are the things that they need that we want to, you Really be able to create an offer for them around that. And you can do this with any target market, no matter where you’re at. And this can help you to do sell services. It can help you sell products both very, very quickly.

[00:04:04] So now we’ve got their pain points. Now we’ve got their game points and we know who we’re after. We create an offer that talks and this is where it gets a bit juicy, right? So for those of you like you, you come onto the video and you’re like, Oh, well, these three steps work for me. And how do they work for me?

[00:04:20] And how do I put them in my business? Well, this is the bit. If you want to explode your revenue, you want to get faster revenue. You want to build more clients in and you know, you really want to go and have a massive explosion of new inquiries. Then what you have to do is you have to do what we call Mark it the free line.

[00:05:29] You’re going to help them to get a better result. And what that will do is it very simply builds with your dream client. KLT, it means that they’re gonna know you. It means that they’re gonna like you ’cause you helped them, and it means that you’re gonna increase how much they trust you because you helped ’em get a result.

[00:05:44] It’s very simple, and at this stage, some business like, yeah, well what? What if I market the free line? Well, well, what happens? How am I gonna make money? Well come to that. But the first point is you’ve gotta bring. People into your world, you want to explode your business revenues and get results that you’ve never got before you’ve got to do something different to get something different.

[00:06:05] And the thing that I would suggest you do is just start marking the free line. So what is the free line? Well, the free line could be a free event. We’ve done this very, very successfully. For many years, it could be a free online webinar, it could be a free Challenge. It could be a free audit. You’re going to audit their results.

[00:06:26] Whatever it is that your who is struggling with, we want to give them a vehicle of value to get them to make that inquiry with you. We want to create an irresistible magnetic offer that draws people in. Now that you’ve got them into your world, they start to get to know you, which allows us to start to do more business, start to get those conversions and don’t jump too far ahead.

[00:06:50] But that’s our first step. So how do you apply this practically this first step? How do you actually apply it practically? Very simple. Nail down who your client is number one. So we’ve got who number two, you want to focus on what are their pain points? What are the things that are causing them problems that cause them issues?

[00:07:10] Number three, what are their gain points? If you know who, you know what their pain is, you know what their gain is. Then you go simply to, this is one, two, three. You go to four. What can you offer them for free that would give them a massive amount of value and allow you to start building a relationship with those prospects that you want to do business with?

[00:07:33] What can you offer free that will allow you to build a relationship with those prospects that you want to do business with? Now the thing is about this, this is awesome because now what you’ve done is you’ve took away the barrier of resistance. All of a sudden people are coming into your world. They’re getting to know you and you can now start.

[00:07:50] to bring more people in. Now, a lot of people don’t do this and they don’t market the free line. And when you don’t market the free line, you’re out there, you’re pitching your product or service. People are seeing it. They might even think, well, maybe I need that, but I don’t take a step because there’s a barrier.

[00:08:08] There’s some resistance. There’s a barrier to entry. When you market the free line, it gives that person the opportunity to dip their toe in the water. Get to know you, see if it can help them and that really helps. And why is this important? Well, in today’s very, very busy world of social media, it’s very, very busy.

[00:08:24] Many people are spending very little time with you. If you want to hold people’s attention, then you’ve got to give them value. Now, the second step. Once we’ve created this offer and you know how to create the offer, you go, who is it that I’m after? What is it that their pain points are? What are their game points?

[00:08:40] How can I give them something of value for free? Second step, if you want to get exponential growth and you literally want to start driving more leads into your business, more clients into your business and more sales into your business. is you gotta buy some eyes. You gotta buy some eyeballs. Really, really simple.

[00:09:02] You gotta buy some eyeballs. A lot of small businesses, they don’t buy eyeballs. And when you don’t buy eyeballs, you can create the best offer in the entire world. If nobody sees it. You’re not going to get any business. So our next step after we got the offer is you’ve got buy some eyeballs so they can see the offer.

[00:09:23] And when they see the offer and there’s very low resistance to the offer because it’s a free line offer. This is where we’re going to start to bring people in, which will bring us to our next step in a moment. And you’re like buying eyeballs. I was kind of following you, Adam. You know, I got that first bit and I understood that, but I didn’t really get that the buy eyeballs thing.

[00:09:40] Well, very simply, When it comes to ad platforms, and when you look at the different ad platforms out there, you’ve got your ad platforms like Meta. You’ve got your ad platforms like Google, which is your, you know, your PPC and your YouTube. You’ve even got ad platforms like TikTok. What they sell you is they sell you these.

[00:10:02] They sell you eyes, eyeballs. And the reason you want to buy eyeballs is this is what gets exposure to your offers to your products and to your services. If you are going down the line of being that content creator where you’re making lots and lots and lots of content and you’re doing this but you’re not buying any eyeballs.

[00:10:23] That means you’re relying on the algorithm to give you that boost. You’re relying on the algorithm to, you know, throw out your message to people for free to get those eyeballs. Where, especially at the beginning, and this is the thing that’s really cool and why many of you are going to love step two, and remember, implement these steps.

[00:10:41] If you haven’t already, you know, save this video so you can come back to it because these three simple steps, this is literally how you get more sales in your business. Very, very simple. If you just do these three things, your business will have the best year that you’ve ever had next year. Right? So what I’m about to say is absolutely critical.

[00:11:01] And that is that if you want to get exposure for your business, the Fastest way to drive new leads, new inquiries and new sales is to turn advertising into profit. And the way that you do that, the way that you turn advertising into profit for any business is you figure out who is the eyeball that I want to buy.

[00:11:24] You drive them towards your office so you can create a sale. And if it costs you 20 pounds to get somebody over to see your offer. And that turns into. A hundred pounds sale for your business. Well, what have you done? You’ve turned 20 into 100. The question is if you could turn 20 into 100 every single day, how many times would you do it?

[00:11:47] Well, it depends on how much you like money, right? But I’m sure that if you feel like you like money and you want more of it, you would keep doing it. You would just do it once a day. You’d do it twice. You do it three. You do it four. And what this is, is this is the turning advertising into profit aspect to running a business.

[00:12:02] And you know what? This has been what has allowed me, my first business did 40 million pounds in a year in revenue, which is in the automotive industry. I have an event business, which is an eight figure business that trains business owners, does over 10 million pounds a year in revenue. And I’ve been able to create these businesses because I understand this principle very, very well.

[00:12:23] I’m sharing with you. This also was the one principle that allowed me to get a two comma club x award 10 million pound funnel, which we’re about to talk about funnels in just a moment. So don’t skip this, you know, make sure that you’re taking this in. Because if you’re listening to me right now, and you’re feeling like this sounds great.

[00:12:41] Pretty exciting. And you’re starting to say to yourself, how do I do this? All of this is going to start to tie together. So it’s going to be really, really simple for you to act on. So how does it work? Well, these platforms sell you eyeballs and they sell you eyeballs in a sack. Right? So we imagine that we’ve got a sack of eyeballs in this sack.

[00:13:00] You’ve got a thousand of them, not just one. You’ve got a thousand little eyeballs in this sack. Now these thousand eyeballs you’ve got in this sack, depending on which ad platform that you buy from, which is media buying, they will charge you a different price point. Let’s talk about Meta for example on Meta, you know, an average price point is about 20 pounds for that sack of 1000 eyeballs.

[00:13:25] So it’s going to cost 20 quid for you to get. Your offer out to a thousand of the eyeballs. Well, what’s the important thing about this? Well, first of all, if you’re going to pay 20 quid to get your message out to a thousand people, that’s going to help you explode your revenues, get more sales, get more inquiries, get more deals, because you’re out there, you’re being seen by more people.

[00:13:44] But as long as you buy the right eyeballs. Which is why on step one, it’s really important to know who you want. Hopefully this is all making sense and you’re getting this. If you know who you want, you can literally buy their eyeball. You can get them to see your offer. You can get them to actually witness it, which is really awesome.

[00:14:03] So you can go and target more people. And you might be going, well, yeah, but I’m a, I’m a small business. And you know, like how, how does this work? Well, imagine this, imagine you create an offer. from watching this video you’re like adam this sounds good i’m going to create a really good offer because now i know those four steps and you go and you say you know what i’m going to buy some eyeballs off of meta okay so now you’ve created your offer you bought some eyeballs off of meta and you say i don’t just want a thousand i want ten thousand eyeballs well that’s what’s going to cost you well if a thousand is 20 quid 10 000 is 200 quid.

[00:14:36] So you’re going to spend 200 pound getting 10 000 eyes on your business. I mean when in history has that been possible before and it’s possible right now? That you can just create an offer, get your message out to 10 000 people and start driving revenue and traffic This is awesome. All right. And this is why you, if you’re a business owner, should be very, very excited right now because it’s very simple for you to do and for you to action.

[00:15:01] That’s what I would say to you. If you want to explode the revenue, you’ve got to get more eyes. Often at my, my trainings where I’m training business owners, I tell the business owners that you’re the sum of two things, your business revenue and how much revenue, whether you are making more money or you’re not making money, you’re the sum of two things.

[00:15:17] Well, number one, you’re the sum of how many conversations you have. Super important to understand. You could take any business, any business, no matter who they are, what they do, where they’re at currently, and you could increase their revenues by just getting them to speak to more people. If you currently speak to 10 people a week and you spoke to 100, you’re going to have a better week, right?

[00:15:40] And the second part is you’ve got to make more offers. So you’re going to speak to more people and you’ve got to make sure that you make those people an offer. And these are literally our first two steps. Come up with a great offer. and go out and put this offer in front of people so you can start to get more leads into your business.

[00:15:57] Very simple. Number three, you’re gonna need a conversion mechanism for those eyeballs because you’ve got your offer. You’ve now got traction. You’ve got people seeing your offer. It’s a free line offer. So it’s very simple to say yes, which means more people are saying yes. So the next thing we need is we need to get a funnel to convert these new eyeballs that are seeing you for the first time.

[00:16:24] Got the new eyeballs that are coming into your funnel. Now what does, and this is a simple funnel that I want to share with you. And as I mentioned to you earlier, you know, we’ve had funnels that have done a million. In revenue, we’ve been able to go out and get a million pounds in revenue, a million pounds, a million dollars in revenue from one funnel.

[00:16:41] We’ve also had one funnel done in excess of ten million dollars in revenue. But how have we done it? Well, literally the three steps that I’ve just told you. One, find an irresistible offer to a certain target market. Two, buy the eyeballs to get them to see that offer. And three, put them into a funnel where they convert very simple, right?

[00:17:04] Everybody can do it. And often there’s questions on this, like, hey, and maybe you’ve got some questions that you want to put in the comments, and maybe you’ve got some questions about how do you do this bit? How do you do that bit? We’ll come back and we’ll certainly answer all of those. But you can use softwares.

[00:17:17] I mean, we’ve used ClickFunnel. We’ve used ClickFunnels. To create these types of funnels, you know, they’re amazing. We’ve also used ghl go high level to create these types of funnels We even have our own softwares now that we use to create funnels and it’s very simple We want a simple free line.

[00:17:35] So first of all the funnel works in pages So I want to just diagram this out so you can get it and you start to Start to see it because people look at it like this And they sometimes find it hard to decipher but actually funnels are simple to understand You It is just simply a progression of a customer journey.

[00:17:54] So the start of that customer journey is the eyeball that you have bought gets to know you on the first page of the funnel. This first page of the funnel is your free line offer. And this is the first time they get to know you, you know, bear in mind that when they come here, I don’t necessarily know who you are.

[00:18:14] They might not have worked with you before or seen your stuff before. So when they come here. We want to give them a really, really good offer that’s really, really specific so they can get to know you. And it’s easy for them to say yes. Bear in mind, we’re not asking for any dollars at this stage. We’re not asking for any currency, any pounds.

[00:18:34] We’re literally just making them an offer that is free and that is free value. Now, a couple of tips on this. Many people want to give away a lead magnet. They want to give away like an e book, a downloadable e book and things like that. That’s what they do for their free line offer. The problem with this Is then you’re probably watching this right now and maybe you could resonate how many ebooks have you downloaded and never used?

[00:19:00] You know how many pdfs have you gone and got and never used? I always prefer and this is a really good tip for those of you that maybe are already doing some of what I’ve spoken about that can take you to the next level is I always prefer To further the client journey and get them to take a step where we can increase the relationship with that prospect.

[00:19:23] That’s super important. So that means that if you’re gonna give a free offer, that free offer should be to help them in some way, spend some time with them in some way where they can get to know you more, and you can build up that KLT. So if you’re making notes, make sure you write that down, right? So you want that free line offer.

[00:19:42] Now after you’ve done that. By the way, that’s simply your opt in. You’re going to give them that offer in exchange for their name, their email and their phone number. Now, we always do phone number because we believe in relationships and we want to build relationships. There’s some people that don’t do phone numbers.

[00:19:58] If you’re never going to call them, don’t ask for the phone number, but it’s much easier to start to make more money in your business if you have people’s phone number and you call them and build a relationship. Remember, the whole game of building a business is about relationships. That’s your first stage, your opt in.

[00:20:13] Now your second stage should be great. We’ve got somebody that wants to come on. They want to get your free line offer. They’re interested in doing some type of business with you. Well, what do we want to do next? Well, we want to look at how do we turn this free prospect. because they’ve got your free thing into a customer.

[00:20:34] Now, customer is somebody that purchases. So they give you some currency for your thing. This is where you can make a very small offer. And this is pretty much like what we would call a wallet opener. It gets them literally to open their wallet. Invest in you. And why do we want to do that? Simply because we furthered the customer journey.

[00:20:57] So the second page of the funnel is after they’ve opted in, make them a small offer. This small offer could be anywhere from a pound, a dollar up to maximum 1, 000, depending on what your industry is and what you do. But you want to give people the opportunity that want to go faster to go from free to paid.

[00:21:19] This is super important because the more you do that, imagine every new lead coming into your business has already bought something off you. So the first time your team or you talk to them, they’re already a paying customer. It just makes life easier. It already means that they’re bought into you.

[00:21:34] They’re bought into your concept. They’ve built a relationship with you and it’s increasing that KLT. And if you give them massive value, the KLT, the no like and trust, you give them massive value at that step. That really, really helps you to build up that relationship. So what comes next? Well, after that, we want to look at how do we turn that customer into a client.

[00:21:58] Now they’ve bought, they bought something. We want to make them another offer where we can get them to spend more time with them. And this is the way that we can build the funnel. Cause what we really doing is we’re just taking people through. The customer journey. So here you can even make them another offer, another small offer, or you can get them to book with your team, start to spend some time with your business so you can nurture that relationship, which is critical.

[00:22:28] And then finally, on the funnel, right, we’re going to just have the thank you page. Where we congratulate the person on making that step to either get our free line, get our offer one, get our offer two, and our thank you page. And that will allow you to warm people up. So what are we doing in step three?

[00:22:49] Very simply, we’re just warming people up. We’re getting to know them when we’re taking them on a journey. So if we now look at these three steps on a recap, it’s really simple. If you want to grow the revenues of your business, And explode them fast. You’ve got a very simply number one come up with an amazing irresistible magnetic offer where you give real value to your ideal client.

[00:23:22] for free. That’s going to get you leads. That’s going to get them opting in. We’ve used this for many, many years. It’s very, very effective. And we gave you four steps on this to start that process. And of course you can rewind, you’d go back and look at those four steps again to get that rocking. Okay. Onto our next critical part.

[00:23:44] Which is step two. You gotta buy some eyeballs. You can’t rely on the algorithm throwing you out. You’ve got to say, how am I going to get my amazing offer in front of the right people? So you can bring them into step three. Your funnel. Then we just want to use a simple funnel. We can use ClickFunnels for this.

[00:24:07] We can use GoHighLevel for this. We can use LeadPages. All different types of options there. And we want to build a simple funnel. One where we get people to opt in. And what are they opting in for? They’re opting in for our free line offer. We want to give them the opportunity for that prospect to become a customer, which is where we’re going to give them in the second page, an opportunity to purchase.

[00:24:26] We want to allow them to go from being a customer to being a client where we either make them a second offer or we move them to spending more time with them. And then finally, We want to thank them for the business and importantly, tell them the next steps. This is what happens next. And when we walk through that from wherever they’re at, whether it was the free line offer, the first offer, the second offer, and we explain what happens next, that leaves the person in a place where they totally understand what to do next.
